As principal, with over 20 years of in-house, global brand experience, Jaime Padilla was driven to create Prado & Padilla—born from a desire to connect fast, efficient creative development, with his many years managing complex projects and processes across retail, QSRs, luxury goods, financial services, and traditional publishing.

Jaime Padilla is the founder and Principal of Prado & Padilla, bringing over 20 years of in-house, global brand experience to the firm. He established Prado & Padilla to bridge fast, high-quality creative development with the operational discipline required to manage complex teams, projects, and systems. His background spans retail, QSR, luxury goods, financial services, and traditional publishing.
Jaime specializes in building scalable creative and marketing operations that enable agility, faster paths to market, and more cost-effective execution. Through a focused, accelerated audit process, he and his team assess how work actually gets done, then design, implement, and document streamlined workflows that improve collaboration, clarify ownership, and align resources to the business’s highest priorities.
He works closely with senior leaders to define practical AI implementation strategies that support both near-term gains and long-term transformation. This includes developing AI roadmaps, identifying high-impact automation opportunities, and designing AI agents that reduce manual effort, improve decision-making, and embed intelligence directly into creative and operational workflows.
With a master’s degree in Graphic Communications Management & Technology from NYU, Jaime brings a systems-level mindset to creative operations. He is known for his ability to quickly understand business needs and translate between executives, creatives, marketers, and technologists, turning strategy into clear processes, scalable systems, and work that drives measurable impact.
